Prices displayed are based on the May 2019 Standard Inclusions, Standard façade options, standard floorplan without alterations and exclude site costs.

This pricing is effective from 01/05/2019 and may vary depending on your build location, chosen façade, inclusions range and any upgrades you may choose.

Terms and Conditions:  Lot-Specific Site cost includes up to P-class soil classification, Termite treatment (if required), rock excavation and removal (excluding blasting, hammering and core drilling methods), local government/council fees, OH&S requirements and site excavation to achieve a level build platform.  The full list of included and excluded items will be detailed and provided to you by your new home consultant at your tender appointment.  This lot specific calculation takes into consideration your landfall (lengthwise), landfall (width wise), land estate location, landfill depth and home design chosen to give a fixed site cost based on the information.   This offer is effective as of 01/05/2019 and applicable only to new home orders placed on or after this date.

Option 1 - Comfort: You pay $6,990 and you receive up to $57,000 worth of inclusions

The total value of inclusions ($57,000) is based on the Alexis 47 home design and may differ on smaller home designs.  A total breakdown of value is available upon request.

ADDED BONUS: Evaporative cooling! Brivis Advance unit with up to 8 ceiling points maximum.  Quantity will differ depending on the home design chosen.  Smaller home designs require less ceiling vents (i.e. Madison 15 - 6 ceiling vents only).

External Features

- Brickwork above all windows and doors throughout the home: Applicable to openings up to and including 2400mm. Openings greater than 2400mm will not have brickwork above but rather painted FC sheet infill.

- Façade 2 colour feature render to porch and main house frontage: Two colour render finish is included and applicable to the main house wall and porch detail of all single storey homes. A 300mm render return will exist to the main house wall. Two colour render finish is included and applicable to the entire first floor of the home and porch detail of all double storey homes.

- Remote controlled sectional panel garage door (3 remotes): Slimline profile textured finish in Colorbond standard colours only. 2 remote controls with 1 wall mounted controller.

- Stylish category 2 awning windows to facade: Category 2 awning windows from Builder’s range.

- 450mm eaves to entire façade including 2m return: 2m eave return will not exist if regulation 420 is non-compliant and wall on boundary (zero lot line) is apparent.

- Feature glass front entry door: Includes selection from PMAD101 or PMAD104 in painted finish from Builder’s range of colours. Standard door size applies.

- Brickwork above garage door opening: Applicable to openings up to 4800mm wide.

- Flyscreens and window locks to all openable windows: Fibreglass type, not suitable for BAL rated areas.

- Colorbond Downpipes: Selection form Builder’s range

- 25mPA structural concrete to the home including porch and outdoor entertainment area (if applicable): Applicable to the main house slab only. Landscaping concrete including driveways are not included.

Internal Features:

- 2590mm ceiling height to single and ground floor of double storey homes: This measurement is taken from the slab surface to the bottom of the roof truss cord. Plaster and floor coverings may reduce this measurement.

- Floor coverings throughout including choice of tiles, timber laminate and carpet: Tiles to all wet areas only. Tiles or timber laminate is only available to the main living areas. Carpet is applicable to bedrooms, robes, study, prayer, lounge, theatre and rumpus rooms.

- 3 coat washable paint system to all internal walls: Wattyl tradesmen low sheen paint, colour Wattyl white.

- Lockwood chrome lever passage handles: Builder’s range only.

- NBN ready including CAT6 data and telephone points: 1 CAT6 data point and 1 telephone point.

- L.E.D downlights to the main living areas of the home (15 units): Roof mounted to a total of 15 units only.

- MGP10 structural pine to all load bearing walls throughout the home: Applicable to load bearing walls only. Non-structural pine will be used in other instances.

Kitchen & Appliances:

- 20mm stone benchtop with shadow line: The stone included in this pack is ‘white burst’ with a thickness of 20mm finished off with an arris edge.

- 900mm Stainless Steel upright cooker with WOK burner: The upright cooker supplied is Bellissimo by Technika B9GEFTSS-5.

- 900mm Stainless steel canopy rangehood: The canopy rangehood supplied is Bellissimo by Technika CHEM52C9S-2.

- 600mm Stainless steel Dishwasher & in-built Microwave with trimkit: The dishwasher supplied is Bellissimo by Technika TBD4SS-5 and the microwave with trimkit is Technika WD905 +TT905.

- Large double bowl stainless steel sink with side drainer: Builder’s range inset top mount only.

Option 2 - Aspire: You pay $2,990 and you receive up to $49,000 worth of inclusions

In the instance where a 450mm eave exists and the ceiling height of the home is 2440mm, the eave lining will continue to the top of the window/s without the need for any brickwork above.

- Façade feature render to porch and garage area: A single colour render finish is included and only applicable to the garage face wall and infill, front entry door face wall and porch detail. A 300mm render return will exist to the garage.
